(2) Cross-regional migrants leave their places of employment, and apply to the Social Security Bureau for proof of payment of endowment insurance with their ID cards. After they join a new employment unit and pay social security fees, the insured or the employer shall apply to the social security bureau of the new insured place for transferring the old-age insurance relationship. After successful processing, the social security of the two places will be combined to calculate the payment time and accumulated payment amount.
