3. The applicant's household registration, residence (must hold a local residence permit and within the validity period) or school location (only for autumn graduate students) should be within the administrative area of Wangcheng District.

Second, the scope of acceptance

According to the relevant regulations, our district accepts the following applications:

1. Identify the qualifications of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers;

2. Review the application materials for qualification identification of internship instructors in senior middle schools, secondary vocational schools and secondary vocational schools, and report them to Changsha Education Bureau for identification.

Third, the application steps

There are four stages in accepting teacher qualification applications.

Applicants must log on to China Teachers' Qualification Network (hereinafter referred to as the online newspaper system) within the time specified in this announcement, make a declaration from the "Online Newspaper Portal for Teachers' Qualification Certification Applicants", select the on-site confirmation point "Wangcheng District Government Affairs Service Center of Changsha City", fill in the registration information truly and completely according to the system prompts, and upload a recent one-inch jpg electronic photo (specification:1kloc-0). The appraisal application form and teacher qualification certificate will be signed and mailed by myself. The application form should be placed in the applicant's file, and the applicant should keep it properly).

2. The applicant shall, in accordance with the corresponding academic requirements for teacher qualifications, determine the category of teacher qualifications he applies for. Applicants who pass the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers must make sure that the teaching subjects must be the same as the majors they apply for; 20 15, 15 Graduates majoring in normal education at all levels who entered the school before 30 February may apply for the same or similar teaching subjects as their major without taking the teacher qualification examination.

Precautions 1. Applicants are required to take all relevant physical examination items (such as chest X-ray, etc.). ), and please make arrangements according to your physical condition.

2. Physical examination must be completed before 1 1.6. Physical examination results are valid for one year.

3. If the applicant does not receive the medical examination results, the hospital will directly submit them to the Education Bureau. If the medical examination fails, the medical examination hospital will call the applicant back.

(3) Submission of materials through the Internet (11.01.065438-1.0/.05).

1. In order to improve the convenience of government services to the broad masses of the people and enable applicants to do a good job in teacher qualification certification without leaving home, Changsha has fully implemented the whole process of online teacher qualification certification since this autumn. Applicants must log on to Changsha One-Thing online platform (/portal/one-thing) within the specified time, click "I want to apply for teacher qualification certificate" (you can search for "teacher qualification certificate"), then select the processing location in Wangcheng District (which is the same as the on-site confirmation point selected during online application), and then pass the real-name authentication according to the system prompts and submit the materials (see Annex 1 for the list of materials). If the application materials do not meet the requirements, the system prompts that the original "on-site confirmation" work is completed after the application is completed, and it is not necessary to apply at the Wangcheng Education Bureau window. Please record the acceptance number for easy inquiry.

2. In order to ensure the normal issuance of certificates, applicants are requested to submit electronic inch photos of designated pixels online to avoid unclear printing.
