The qualification certificate is valid for a long time and the registration certificate is valid for three years. The continuing education of registered real estate appraisers is organized and implemented by China Society of Real Estate Appraisers and Real Estate Brokers. Within the validity period of each registration, that is, within three years, the duration of continuing education is 120 hours, in which the first registration period of compulsory courses and elective courses is 60 hours each. After continuing education, those who meet the qualified standards will be awarded a certificate of continuing education by the college.
