Here I would like to report to you the work of this school year: 1. Studying hard and enriching self-study is one of the important ways for everyone to manage their lives. People have to play many roles and do a lot of things in their lives. I am both a kindergarten manager and a teacher. When the teachers lamented the difficulties of their career, I also lamented the difficulties of their management. In order to improve our quality, we always regard learning as the first need to improve our quality, accumulate new knowledge and experience in learning, and constantly improve our comprehensive quality. I actively participated in the training of Quanzhou director's upgrading class in 2009, and systematically studied the knowledge of kindergarten management. Believe that "women who study are the most beautiful", and strive to be a teacher image with external plastic image and strong internal quality. I often read books about management and education in my spare time. Whenever I read something wonderful, I will compare my work, find the gap, constantly enrich and update my management ideas, adjust my working methods, and let myself grow in my study. In the past school year, I also gained something: I edited and published two papers at the provincial and municipal levels, one tutor's paper won the second prize at the county level, four information reports were published on the county education network, two lectures were held with the county private park, and an activity of parents' salon for kindergarten classes was organized. Earnestly perform their duties and actively grasp the tasks in charge. (1) Strengthen protection management and improve class protection level. Every link of kindergarten day activities is permeated with protection education. Nurses should not only create a clean and tidy learning and living environment for their children, but also pay attention to their life care. Therefore, in the process of organizing nurses' study, I pay attention to the training of practical operation and life nursing according to the actual situation of our park. For example, for the management of sickly children in the class, health care doctors will distribute specific management measures to the class with the list of children to remind nurses and teachers to take care of them consciously. In order to standardize the management of children's bedrooms, we also organized nurse post training-housekeeping activities, which further strengthened nurses' professional skills, improved nurses' work efficiency and enhanced nurses' awareness of standardized behavior. In children's day activities, the work of nurses is trivial and complicated. In order to make nurses clear their work tasks and overcome the hectic phenomenon, according to the actual situation of the park, we have formulated a "one-day nursing routine", which has been continuously improved in work practice and formed a good working procedure. Nowadays, nurses not only know how to clean and take care of children, but also know how to cooperate with teachers to organize educational activities and pay attention to children's ideological and moral education and the cultivation of good living and health habits at any time during the day's activities. This not only promotes the combination of nursing and teaching, but also exercises and improves the organization and management ability of nurses, and promotes the more orderly development of "nursing and teaching integration" in kindergartens. (2) Pay attention to health care, promote children's healthy growth and strengthen children's diet management. In order to ensure that children have enough nutrition in the garden, we carefully manage meals and make recipes for children one week in advance. We try our best to make a reasonable, balanced and diversified mix of meat and vegetables for a meal at two o'clock, so as to ensure that children can get all kinds of nutrients that meet the standards from their daily meals, and regularly calculate the nutrients to ensure their growth needs. The purchasing team strictly purchases according to the quota, adheres to the system of asking for certificates, and puts an end to "three no products" entering the park. Adhere to the 48-hour sample retention system and make records, strictly control the quality of children's diet, and provide hot meals and hot dishes for children on time with good quality and quantity. Insist on publishing weekly recipes and children's food expenses on the garden affairs public column every month, so that parents can understand the purpose of food expenses, children's nutritional intake, varieties and quantities, which has been well received by parents. In order to better serve parents and children, we held a diet committee and distributed questionnaires to find out parents' views on the diet in our garden from several aspects. According to the survey results, we are very happy. The satisfaction rate of parents to the food situation in our garden reached 95%, the work was recognized, and the staff in the canteen were more motivated. The healthy operation of the canteen work promoted the orderly development of the whole logistics work. 2. Pay attention to daily health care. Adhere to the idea of "people-oriented" and "prevention first", and do a good job in the routine management of medical care in the spirit of being highly responsible for children's health and life safety. Continue to strictly implement health care management measures, improve various systems, establish various brochures and infant health files, do a good job in physical examination of children entering the park, file in time and carefully record, analyze and count. Do a good job in vaccination publicity on schedule, so that the vaccination rate will reach 100%, the physical examination rate of children in the park will reach 100%, and the physical examination rate of teachers and staff will reach 100%. Health workers insist on morning check-ups every day to ensure proper admission to the park. At the same time, they also strengthen morning check-ups and daily inspections, trace the reasons for children's absence from school every day, and suggest that parents send their children with fever, headache, vomiting, rash and other symptoms to regular hospitals for treatment, so as to truly realize early detection, early reporting, early isolation and early treatment of infectious diseases. We also distributed a letter to parents by setting up health care columns and holding lectures, and publicized health care knowledge and prevention methods of infectious diseases to teachers, parents and children, which achieved good results, effectively prevented the occurrence of infectious diseases such as hand, foot and mouth disease, and enabled all children to grow up healthily. 3. Strengthen health inspection. In order to do a good job of indoor and outdoor environmental sanitation in kindergartens and keep them clean and tidy regularly, we first implement the responsibility system for each section, designate special personnel to designate designated points, check and guide them regularly, and take sanitation as the performance appraisal index. Repair or report problems in time. Strict pick-up and drop-off system, made a child pick-up card for each family, and urged the doorman to close the door. Through monthly investigation, potential safety hazards are found and eliminated in time to ensure the safety of the whole park and ensure that no major safety accidents occur in kindergartens. Attach importance to safety knowledge education for children, insist on strengthening safety education in combination with daily life, invite police comrades to give safety knowledge lectures in the park, educate children on safety knowledge through various theme activities, integrate safety education such as fire safety, swimming safety, traffic safety and food hygiene safety into various teaching activities, and organize more than two safety evacuation drills for disaster prevention and mitigation every year, which has effectively improved the safety precautions and self-help and self-protection abilities of all teachers and students. Over the past year, the public security around the park has been stable, and it has won many praises in the safety inspection organized by higher authorities. As far as I am concerned, the existing problems and the direction of efforts have not made great achievements, but I am very pleased to see the progress of kindergartens and teachers.
