1. Open a browser, enter the webpage link of the website of Henan Provincial Education Department, or Baidu search "Henan Provincial Education Department", and you can enter official website of Henan Provincial Education Department.

2. Pull down the page, find "File Notification" as shown in the figure, and click "File Notification" to enter the specific page.

3. After clicking the file notification, all file contents will appear. Find the file you need. Take the file shown in the figure as an example. After clicking on the specific file, you will enter the specific file content page.

4. After entering the specific file content page, there will be a special download link, which can be downloaded by clicking it, as shown in the figure below.
