The goal of "new basic education" is to cultivate new people with positive and healthy development, which determines that the teaching design of "new basic education" research is always based on "educating people". So how to educate people when designing English teaching?

For example, in Part A vocabulary class prepared for dinner in grade four English book U5 of pep primary school, the textbook presents us with a menu and a dialogue between two characters ordering food. What I can design is to copy the "ordering" activities in the book to consolidate the words and sentences I have learned. With this in mind, I think that after learning the meaning of food words, I can not only teach students to speak and write, but also guide them to understand the concept of "healthy food". As the role of ordering food, I will not only substitute words into sentence patterns to express them fluently, but also guide them to understand the correct view of money or consumption. This kind of thinking reminds me of more teaching fragments in textbooks, and I can also tap valuable resources such as time view and labor view to participate in educating people.
In the big point, the corresponding methods of the two strategies are introduced in detail, which make the "point" of knowledge and the "point" of thinking structured, carry out "block reorganization" and "block reorganization", carry out "long-distance two-stage" teaching design, and combine with students' thinking process to improve students' overall and systematic thinking strategies and abilities; From the limited teaching of knowledge truth that depends on textbooks to students' real future life, only by communicating with students' real life can book knowledge complete the process of transforming human social culture into individual growth and internalize it into students' own skills.
