How time flies! With the constant change of seasons, in a blink of an eye, my children and I have gone through another semester together. In this semester, we all have to sigh how time flies, and at the same time, we are pleasantly surprised to find that every effort has been rewarded with pride. At the moment, I will make a summary of my work this semester:

First, class work.

As a pre-school educator, if you want to fulfill the duty of teaching and educating people, you must first have good political and ideological quality and establish a correct outlook on life. During this year, I seriously participated in every business study. This year, I am a teacher in Class Three. There are 33 children in our class. As children in small classes, they should learn new things in all aspects. After a semester, the children have made great progress. As teachers, we are also happy to see their progress.

According to the initial class plan, we carried out many activities, such as "Small Team Self-care Potential Competition" and "Winter Games". Activities have exercised children's development in all aspects and enhanced their feelings with their parents. In the usual teaching activities, give timely praise to the progressive children and encourage the children with weak potential; Encourage and educate individual children. After one semester, the children in our class have made great progress in all aspects.

I still remember when I first entered the park, the children cried for their mother, but now they are very close to our teacher. I believe that through this semester's training, children will definitely make greater progress next semester!

Second, education and teaching work

1. In daily work, I can conscientiously complete various tasks, prepare lessons carefully before class, prepare rich and interesting educational activities, treat every child equally in class, give every child full opportunities, pay attention to giving more care to timid children, give more encouragement to children who are easily distracted, give more care to children with weak constitution, and give more challenges to children with ability.

2, in the education and teaching activities, create good opportunities and conditions for children, bring enough homework materials. During the day's activities, we should pay attention to teaching children simple life knowledge and experience, and cultivate their potential to solve problems independently.
