Postgraduate re-examination is an important part of the postgraduate examination system, that is, the second examination organized by the applicant institution after passing the postgraduate entrance examination (initial examination). Generally, it is also divided into written test and interview.
Most of the early postgraduate re-examination is a form, but since 2006, graduate enrollment has increased the weight of re-examination, and some enrollment units even increased the weight of re-examination to 50%, which requires candidates to have real talent and higher adaptability.
Relevant regulations:
(a) the admissions unit to re-examine all candidates to be admitted, if necessary, re-examination. Those who fail the second interview will not be admitted.
(2) The admissions unit shall strictly review the original registration materials and candidates' qualifications such as the second-generation resident ID card, academic certificate and student ID card before the re-examination. Do not meet the requirements, not re-inspection.
If there is any doubt about the candidate's academic qualifications (student status), the admissions unit may require the candidate to provide a certificate issued by an authoritative organization within the specified time.
(3) The time, place, content scope and method of the second interview shall be determined by the admissions unit. Re-examination methods and procedures announced by the admissions unit. All re-examination work should generally be completed before the end of April each year.
(4) Candidates with the same academic qualifications (subject to the information provided at the time of registration) (except for Master of Laws (illegal studies), business administration, public administration, engineering management or tourism management), at least two undergraduate courses will be added during the second interview. (5) The ideological and political theory examination for graduate students majoring in business administration, public administration, tourism management, engineering management, accounting, library and information, and auditing shall be conducted by the enrollment unit in the second interview, and the results shall be included in the second interview results.
(six) the foreign language listening and speaking test is conducted in the second interview, and the results are included in the second interview results.
(seven) ethnic minority areas only refer to the ethnic autonomous areas listed in the "National Survey of Ethnic Autonomous Areas" published by the relevant departments of the State Council. Candidates should truthfully fill in their national identity when reporting online, and cannot change it after on-site confirmation.
(eight) the Ministry of education according to the postgraduate training objectives, combined with the annual enrollment plan, students and the overall preliminary results, to determine the basic score requirements for candidates to enter the re-examination. However, the basic score requirements for candidates to enter the re-examination are determined by the enrollment unit.
