Transfer students are required to submit a written application to the applicant school, and provide household registration certificate, student status certificate issued by the original school and relevant student status files. After the school applying for admission is audited and approved by the higher education authorities, the admission procedures for transferred students can be handled. Transfer students are students who are put into appropriate classes by the school according to their academic qualifications and cognitive level. Individual students in primary and secondary schools can be put into corresponding classes normally after transfer. Because of different educational systems or different teaching materials, students who can't be put into proper classes are arranged to the next grade.
