The moral education base of primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen was established in 1994, located in Guangming Street, Guangming New District, Shenzhen, formerly known as Yuxin School. It is a multi-functional comprehensive moral education base built by Shenzhen Education Bureau, which integrates military training, national defense education, labor education, legal education, science and technology education, mental health education and holiday activities by taking advantage of the geographical advantages of suburban bright farm and drawing lessons from the accumulated experience of the school.

The purpose of the base is to train students' physical fitness, sharpen their will, inspire their confidence and courage to overcome difficulties, and cultivate their hard-working style and basic survival practice ability through social practice activities in six modules: military training and national defense education, legal education, survival education, ecological environment education, labor education and science and technology education.

The moral education base of primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen regularly organizes primary and secondary school students to carry out social practice activities in the base. The base has also won dozens of honorary titles such as "Excellent Team Award of the Second China Youth Social Education' Ginkgo Award'" and "National Excellent Youth Rights Protection Post".
