Our habits are not isolated, they are interrelated. Some habits are more closely related to each other than others. For example, the relationship between going to bed early and getting up early is obvious, but the relationship between going to bed early and reading a book every day may not be so close. Feedback is a sign of being responsible for your habits. There is a whiteboard in my room, which is specially used to reflect on my habits. I drew a table on the whiteboard, and then the columns were days (2 1 day to form new habits) and habits. When I observe my habits, I will put a tick in the corresponding place, and if not, I will put a cross. Whenever I do things according to my habits and see them hanging on the whiteboard, I will be very satisfied. Similarly, you can also record your habits and stick to your grades on paper or computer.

Stay one step ahead of your plan

The way to stay motivated is to always stay ahead of the plan. Getting up at 5 am makes me stand in front of most people in the world (including myself, which was a mess before), which gives me the motivation to work quickly and stay ahead forever. What can continue to give me this motivation? That is, I can finish one thing faster than the scheduled time, and then start the next thing. Knowing that you are always ahead of schedule, you are naturally full of fighting spirit for everything you want to do, including your new habits. In this way, there will be no conflicts and difficulties in starting a new habit.

If a task takes longer than I expected, then I will make a choice, or I will:

There are two forms of participation.

During the time when I changed my habits, I experienced both states. Two days before I started to change, I wrote an article about 2 1 day on my blog, which elaborated the basic principles, benefits, habits and how to do it in detail. Similarly, I invite my friends on my blog to cultivate new habits with me. To my surprise, many readers showed great interest and they were willing to start the 2 1 day change with me.

Regarding my eating raw vegetarian food, I told my mother that I would only eat fruits and salads for the next two weeks, so she began to buy fruits like bananas, grapes and strawberries crazily. Actually, I only ate a box of strawberries when writing this article. I went to the movies with my friend yesterday, and then persuaded him to eat raw food with me.
