From September 9, 20 13 to 131October 30, I worked as an intern in Class 7 (2) of Anshun No.6 Middle School for nearly two months. The basic content of practice includes two parts: classroom teaching and the work of the class teacher. With the patient guidance and help of the former instructor, Mr. Wu, and the class teacher, Mr. Sun, the task of educational practice was successfully completed.
During my internship, under the guidance and support of Mr. Wu, I listened to 8 classes and attended 32 classes. In teaching practice, on the whole, I can prepare lessons carefully and the designed lesson plans are standardized and accurate. In classroom teaching, the teaching effect is good, the teaching content can be digested and consolidated in the classroom, the teaching focus is prominent and clear, and the teaching task can be successfully completed. At the same time, extracurricular tutoring is patient and meticulous, homework is carefully corrected, and Mr. Wu is often asked to point out shortcomings and deficiencies in order to continuously improve himself. During my internship, I deeply felt that it is easy to have a class, but difficult to have a wonderful class! This requires a lot of work. Before the lecture, I listened carefully to my tutor's class. I also learned a lot of teaching methods and skills from it! At the same time, I prepared detailed teaching plans and courseware materials for each class, and all of them were submitted to the instructor for revision.
During the internship, as the head teacher of the internship, he kept order, supervised in place and patiently did the students' ideological work during the practice between classes every day. During Teacher's Day, under the guidance and support of the head teacher, Mr. Sun, and with the active cooperation of the students, I organized a class log exhibition with the theme of "respecting teachers and attaching importance to teaching", which was greatly affirmed by teachers and students.
During the whole internship, I tried my best to do everything well in a responsible attitude towards students. In practice, I have been greatly promoted, learned a lot that books can't learn, benefited a lot, and accumulated valuable teaching experience for being a glorious people's teacher in the future.
However, in the teaching process, the teaching objectives and tasks cannot be completed within the limited 45 minutes due to improper time control. There are often omissions in the teaching process and teaching links, which are difficult for students to understand. So, I think, as a normal student, if I really want to go to work, I need to practice for the next two months, practice hard and pursue progress.
