How to be an excellent counselor who makes students trust and satisfy the school —— Talking from the way of "loving your teacher and trusting you"
The old adage "Learn from teachers and believe in their way" originated from the earliest pedagogy works in ancient China. In a word, the relationship between teachers and students is harmonious, and students are willing to be close to the teacher, so as to trust the teacher and accept the teacher's education wholeheartedly. As the saying goes, in order to make students believe it, teachers must make them kiss the teacher with personality infection and emotional communication. In close contact with students, college counselors should be cautious in their words and deeds, strive to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, and earnestly take the correct path of implementing the national education policy, rather than the personal way of "emotional bribery." 1. The explanations of "respecting teachers and valuing morality" come from Xue Ji, a student of Mencius. Xue Ji is a summative educational work of China's Confucian educational thought in the pre-Qin period, and it is also the earliest and most complete educational work in the world history. "Be close to your teacher and trust your way" is an interception of the original text, or taken out of context. "Xue Ji" originally said: "If you are a husband, you should learn from him and be close to his teacher. If you are happy with your friend and believe in his way, you should be independent of your teacher rather than rebellious. " It goes something like this: "Only in this way can we study with peace of mind, be close to our teachers, be willing to make friends with our classmates, and be sure that what we have learned will not run counter to what we have learned, even without the guidance of our teachers." Before "Fu Ran" in the original text, it explains the importance of students' formal homework and extracurricular homework complementing each other. In the author's view, there is no need to find fault with the historical significance of this language, but to adapt to reality, explain, refine and develop it.
