The contents of continuing education projects include road transportation related policies and regulations, professional ethics, transportation safety, energy saving and emission reduction, etc.
Article 7 The vocational qualification institution of the Ministry of Transport shall organize the compilation of continuing education textbooks according to the outline of continuing education. All localities can organize the compilation of supplementary teaching materials according to the actual situation of their respective administrative regions.
Eighth road transport drivers to continue education cycle for 2 years. The cumulative time for road transport drivers to receive continuing education in each cycle should be no less than 24 hours.
Ninth road transport drivers continue to receive training organized by road transport enterprises and filed by road transport management institutions at or above the county level. The continuing education of unqualified transport enterprises and individual transport drivers shall be undertaken by other continuing education institutions. Continuing education also includes the following forms:
(1) Continuing education organized by a licensed road transport driver qualification training institution;
(two) the network distance continuing education filed by the Ministry of Transport or the provincial department in charge of transportation;
(three) other forms of continuing education recognized by the provincial road transport management institution.
