Leisure. Teacher development centers are usually experienced teachers, or famous teachers who guide the professional development of school teachers in the region, and are relatively leisure work units. The teacher development center was established on 20 14, which belongs to the Ministry of personnel. With the aim of "serving teaching, serving teachers and serving education", the center integrates the teaching resources of the whole school, forms a joint force, and carries out teachers' teaching training, communication platform construction, teaching competition organization, teaching diagnosis consultation and other work to promote teachers' growth and improve their teaching ability.
