The Party Committee of Qiannan Normal University for Nationalities attaches great importance to the school's foreign exchanges and cooperation. Before the 13th Five-Year Plan, the Foreign Affairs Office under the Party and Government Office of Qiannan Normal University was the centralized department in charge of foreign affairs management. In the first year of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", the school established a department-level functional department "Foreign Exchange and Cooperation Department".

Since 20 16, the school has continuously expanded its foreign exchanges, exerted its intensive advantages, built a cooperation platform, promoted common development, and achieved mutual benefit and win-win results. The China-ASEAN Education Exchange Week series of activities "National Culture Research Forum" has been held for three consecutive years, and exchanges have been held with universities outside Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan Province Province and Hong Kong, as well as inside and outside the province, which has broadened the thinking of international cooperation and exchanges and improved the internationalization level of the university.

Through the "1+9" alliance, we have increased exchanges and interactions with universities in the province; Establish a strategic partnership of scientific and technological cooperation with Guizhou Academy of Social Sciences, and set up joint projects with Guizhou Science and Technology Department and Guizhou Social Science Association. At the same time, it has established cooperative relations with enterprises and institutions such as the Propaganda Department of Qiannan Prefecture Committee, State Tourism Bureau, International Golden Key College, Dana Group and Guizhou People's Publishing House, and achieved remarkable results in serving local economic and social development.

Exchanges and cooperation with foreign countries are becoming more and more frequent. First, 19 sent more than 50 people out to broaden their horizons and enhance their awareness of international educational exchanges. Second, more than 65,438,000 overseas personnel visited, introduced and exchanged experiences, and built a cooperative education platform. Third, there were more than 200 international student exchanges 1 1 time, and the exchange of students enhanced academic and cultural exchanges.

Fourthly, three international conferences were held, which enhanced the school's international reputation, and more than 200 domestic and foreign guests attended.
