In specific work, we should achieve "three combinations": the organic combination of traditional positions and modern positions, and pay attention to the construction and application of modern positions. The modern position of ideological and political work includes all kinds of books and periodicals, newspapers, magazines, medium and short wave broadcasting, satellite TV, computer networks and so on. It has the characteristics of fast speed, wide coverage and large information capacity, which is conducive to the popularization of ideology and culture.
