What grades are the teachers?
Teachers are generally divided into five grades, namely:

Full-time and senior teachers: They have lofty professional ideals and feelings, profound academic foundation, rich teaching experience, can creatively complete teaching tasks and have a unique teaching style.

Senior teachers: have a high level of educational theory and practical ability, rich subject knowledge and teaching experience, be able to undertake certain teaching tasks independently, and have certain teaching and research ability.

First-class teachers: have a certain level of educational theory and practical ability, good subject knowledge and teaching ability, and can better complete teaching tasks.

Second-level teachers: have a certain level of educational theory and practical ability, have basic subject knowledge and teaching ability, and can basically complete teaching tasks.

Third-level teachers: have a certain level of educational theory and practical ability, have general educational and teaching ability, and are basically competent in educational and teaching work.
