How to write an educational investigation report?
First, the reason for choosing the topic

Today, with the vigorous development of preschool education reform, it is necessary to establish a set of preschool education curriculum system that conforms to the characteristics of the times and suits local characteristics, so as to make the reform and development of preschool education in our region less detours. Therefore, it is imperative to formulate a set of detailed rules for the implementation of preschool education guidance with the characteristics of our region (hereinafter referred to as the "rules"), and the research on this topic will fill my needs. Under the new situation, the detailed rules of the Outline will play a practical role in how to standardize, evaluate and manage kindergarten education and teaching in our district.

In order to make the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Guiding Outline of Kindergarten Education in our region more localized, we investigated the contents involved in the Detailed Rules for Kindergarten Education in Xinjiang, understood the present situation of kindergarten education activities in our region, and analyzed the countermeasures, aiming at accurately selecting and positioning the guiding ideology, educational objectives and other contents of the Detailed Rules for Kindergarten Education, and also providing realistic basis for the experimental research and popularization of the Detailed Rules for Kindergarten Education in the future.

Fourth, the survey method

According to the characteristics of the survey items, this survey adopts three ways: questionnaire sampling survey, interview and information consultation.

Investigation and analysis of verbs (abbreviation of verb)

Educational goal

Through investigation, more than 90% teachers have a clear basis for setting educational goals, and they can pay attention to the value of children's long-term and lifelong development when setting educational goals. However, when setting domain goals, we also find that 30% to 40% of teachers focus on skill goals, but they don't know enough about the cultivation of children's interests, emotions and creativity. From the comparative analysis of the above survey results, 30% to 40% of kindergarten teachers know the goal.

In addition, from the survey results, although most teachers can always answer the questionnaire with the ideal goal concept, in our in-depth first-line investigation and observation of practical activities, it is found that the biggest problem of preschool teachers at present is that the ideal goal is seriously out of touch with practical behavior. A considerable number of teachers are aware of this problem, but they have no way to start and have a strong desire to learn, while some teachers are even unconscious and show an indifferent attitude.

(2) Educational content

We regard education content as an important part of the preschool education survey in our district, and make an investigation from three aspects: the content involved in kindergarten education in our district, the source of teachers' teaching content, and the correlation between education content and children's interest needs. The survey results are summarized as follows.

1. The content of preschool education in our district covers all fields in the syllabus.

The outline divides the contents of early childhood education into five areas-health, language, society, science and art, in which the health area integrates the contents of previous sports and early childhood health, and adds and emphasizes the contents of mental health; The social field integrates the previous social common sense and moral education, highlighting the requirements for individual socialization; The field of science integrates the contents of knowledge of nature and computing education in the past; The field of art integrates the contents of music and art education in the past. According to the survey results, the content of early childhood education in our district recently involves all fields in the Outline (see table 1).
