This morning, I had the honor to listen to the lecture on "New Era, New Navigation Mark and New Teachers' Morality" given by Professor Yong Yang of Xi 'an University of Arts and Sciences. Mr. Yang's profound cultural background, humorous language and noble moral sentiments deeply attracted me.

Teacher Yang expounded from two aspects: the new beacon of teachers in the new era and the new cultivator of teachers' morality in the new era, and conveyed to us the standards of good teachers in the new era, teachers' professional ethics and the new realm of life with new teachers' morality. ...

Those vivid educational cases are deeply imprinted in my mind, especially the incident caused by teacher xidian university's haircut for students, which makes me fresh in my memory. Looking back on my teaching career for more than 20 years, I have encountered many similar things, but I have not put myself in the student's position to think. At this time, I understood that if I encounter something that is not handled properly, I must seriously reflect and learn to "apologize".

We not only undertake the historical mission of spreading knowledge, thoughts and truth, but also shoulder the heavy responsibility of shaping soul, life and people. At that time, a bucket of water was far from meeting the requirements of the times. We have become a trickle and a pool of living water. From now on, we should change our ideas, be good at learning, fight the hard battle of lifelong learning and constantly improve our professional quality.

Professor Yang also shared and exchanged views with teachers on the Code of Professional Ethics for Primary and Secondary School Teachers and the Core Literacy of China Students. Professor Yang's humorous explanation won applause from time to time. During the three-hour lecture, the class teacher here listened carefully, took notes and took photos with his mobile phone. Until the end, he was still intoxicated.

? My understanding is that the beauty of the times lies in education, the charm of education lies in teachers, and the happiness of teachers ripples in teachers' ethics. A bunch of flowers and a tree make up a big world. A book and a pen are dotted with countless three-foot platforms. This is the leader of teachers in the new era-the head teacher, a group of people with ideals and beliefs, a guide on the road of pursuing dreams in life, and a dreamer in the new era.
