Caijiapo, located in the west of Guanzhong Plain in Shaanxi Province, borders Qionglai Plateau in the north and Qinling Mountains and Weihe River in the south. Now it is a provincial-level economic and technological development zone, a regional third-class city determined by the national development plan of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone, a sub-center of Baoji City in Shaanxi Province, a demonstration pilot of newly established towns in China, and a pilot of cultivating small cities in Shaanxi Province.
