Calculation method of written test scores in Fujian teacher recruitment examination
The written test is conducted in a closed-book manner. The written test score is calculated according to the ratio of 100 (if the total written test score exceeds 100, it will be converted into 100 first to make the written test score). The written test score is the sum of the test paper score and various bonus points.

(a) the total score of the post examination for recruiting primary and secondary school teachers is calculated according to the percentage system. The specific scoring method is: the total test score = (written test score ÷ 150× 100)×60%+ interview score ×40%.

(2) The total score of the kindergarten teacher recruitment post examination is calculated according to the percentage system. The specific scoring method is: the total test score = (comprehensive education test score ÷ 150× 100)×50%+ interview score ×50%.

(3) The written test, interview scores and total test scores shall be calculated with two decimal places.

(4) Candidates who are exempt from the written test will be given priority in the interview, and those with an interview score of 70 or above will be qualified.

When the total test scores are the same, the candidates are sorted according to the interview results from high to low; If the interview results are the same again, the priority objects that meet the requirements of national, provincial and municipal documents will be given priority to enter the medical examination under the same conditions; If there is no priority object, the classroom teaching will be added, and the candidates will be sorted from high score to low score according to the results of the added test. If the total score is unqualified, it will not be hired.

The written test is organized by Fujian Provincial Department of Education and entrusted by Fujian Provincial Education Examinations Institute.

The written examination subjects of Fujian teacher recruitment examination are: Comprehensive Education Knowledge: The main contents of the examination include current affairs politics, teachers' morality norms, educational laws and regulations, basic knowledge of pedagogy and psychology, and new curriculum ideas; "Professional knowledge": the professional backbone knowledge, teaching materials and teaching methods of the corresponding disciplines.
