I observe children's intelligence, language, interpersonal relationship, mood, behavior and physical condition by natural observation, and record children's performance in kindergarten from morning to afternoon by observing and recording facts.
Observation record:
This semester, I teach Class 4 in middle school. This semester, the director transferred six students to my class, all from other places and never attended kindergarten. The last child was reported in September 1, and his name was Tan Yuze. When I first saw the child, I thought the child was tall, with white skin and a braid in the back of his head. He is neatly dressed and looks like a child in a big class. Who knows that when I was in the area in the morning, I found that he didn't sit in a small chair and liked to squat. Children play their favorite games in this area. The teacher asked him to play, but he ignored you, as if he didn't hear the teacher's words and still squatted there. When doing the problem, all the children stand on their own ideas and learn to do it with the teacher. He squatted alone or walked around the playground. The teacher reminded him to stick to his ideas and not to walk around at will. He didn't seem to hear me. I went over and helped him up. He squatted down gently again, feeling unable to stand. The teacher teaches new exercises, but he doesn't look at the teacher and doesn't want to learn at all. During class, he is always prone on his desk, listless and not interested in learning activities. Sometimes he simply doesn't sit in a small chair and squats beside it. The teacher reminded him that it was useless to sit up straight, so he had to go over and help him sit in a small chair. When eating snacks, let him wash his hands, eat biscuits and drink milk. He sits still in his chair and doesn't eat every day. He is especially naughty when he takes a nap. He didn't want to take a nap, rummaged about in bed and didn't cover himself. The teacher tucked him in and he took it off at once. The teacher criticized him for sleeping fast and being careful with the quilt. He smirked at the teacher, thinking he was teasing him. This child does this every day in the first week of school, which gives the teacher a headache. How to educate him well and make him adapt to the collective life in kindergarten as soon as possible?

1, the influence of lonely family environment. His parents spoil him too much, and he is introverted by nature. He has no small friends around him, and he rarely contacts with the outside world. He is not used to interacting with strangers. Parents are busy with business, neglecting persuasion and education for their children, and have little communication with their children. When a child needs something, parents will accommodate him in every way and do everything according to his wishes.
2. Unfamiliar study and living environment. This child who has been in a lonely environment for a long time, after coming to kindergarten, because he transferred to the middle class, didn't know the children in the class, couldn't speak Mandarin and couldn't understand his peers. Whether children are sociable and unsociable is an important issue for children to get along with the outside world. Family and peers are two main places for children's socialization development. So I decided to start with kindergarten life and parents' work to intervene in Yuze's unsociable psychological problems.

For this reason, I adjusted my seat in time, put two capable children beside him, and took him to learn knowledge and play games together, so that he could experience the friendship of his peers in a subtle way and gain communication skills. I also kept a close relationship with him, which made other children feel the teacher's concern for him and let the children express their desire to make friends with him.
After several weeks of hard work, the effect of children driving children is really good. Everyone is always holding hands and chatting about Yuze. He is no longer an insignificant person. He began to listen to friends' conversations, slowly participated in children's games, and tried to play all kinds of toys with friends and enjoy it.

To educate such children, we must be patient and can't expect to do it overnight. Teachers should pay more attention, give him more opportunities to exercise, and let him help teachers do something within their power. For example, I often entrust him to tidy up the corner, set tables and chairs, and consciously praise him in front of everyone, so that he can feel the joy of labor and enhance the sense of collective honor.

Case effect
After a month's attention, Tan Yuze has changed a lot. I feel the care of my peers, teachers and parents, and feel the fun of interacting with my peers. I no longer like squatting, but I can sit in a small chair, take the initiative to participate in regional activities, stand up and have my own ideas and start doing exercises. I must eat biscuits and milk, eat all the lunches by myself, tuck myself in during the nap, and then fall asleep quickly. I think Tan Yuze has changed so much that I am very happy to go to kindergarten every day. Zhang Tianzhen's bright smiling faces are the greatest reward for the teachers' hard work.
Case reflection
(a) Family co-education is the key factor.
In talking about Yuze's education, I think the co-education of family is the key to the whole process. Family is the partner of kindergarten, and kindergarten should always teach parents the methods and experiences of scientific parenting.
