Stories are children's favorite literary form. Through story teaching, we can cultivate children's good moral character and help them develop language methods. For children in small classes, it is very important for teachers to tell stories. For children in small classes, when telling stories, teachers should speak clearly and speak at an appropriate speed so that children can hear every word. Obviously, the language is slower than usual, so that they can listen and think. When telling a story, facial expressions, eyes and gestures should change with the development of the story, which plays an auxiliary role in the language expression in the small class.

As a teacher, stories are often told not just once, but many times, and we should pay attention to the changes in ways so that children can listen enthusiastically. When I was in "Little Turtle in Kindergarten", I directly used teaching AIDS when I first talked about it. In the process of telling stories to children for the second time, I used story books to observe them and let them tell stories while observing. There is no change in the way, so that during the second lecture, children's attention is even less concentrated, and some children even start talking to each other.

At the end of the story, when I found that the child's answer to the question was very small, I didn't encourage the child to speak loudly. In the whole story-telling process, my language is not vivid enough to let children perform when they are interested in an animal. Let the children be a little confused when listening to the story. I want to strengthen my language expression ability in the future teaching process. The classroom norms need to be further strengthened.

I think "personal demonstration first" is very appropriate. If you invite several children or girls to demonstrate and explore first, you can not only directly or indirectly remind or hint other children, especially those who are easily excited and lack self-control, but also raise everyone's attention to the "task goal" and let everyone know more about how to do it. In this way, the disorder of order can be completely avoided.

So in the second activity, individual children "started to create chaos again". When I showed the baby elephant and rabbit and asked the children to sing with them, one child said, "I want to be a baby elephant." The elephant walks like this. " Immediately, many children cried, I want to do it, I want to do it. Obviously, their interest is no longer singing, but performing. With the experience of the first class, I no longer forced my children to follow me, but stopped to ask questions one by one: "Share the animals you want to do with everyone. What do you want to do?" How come? But there is a requirement that only one child can perform at a time. Other children should watch carefully and applaud if they do well. "It is very strange that after giving children a space to express themselves, they will stop making trouble. Then, I used the "musical instrument baby" in time to attract their attention and let them concentrate on their activities again.

Through this activity, I summed up my own experience: don't entangle with "disruptive" children, respect their interests or ideas, and at the same time attract their unintentional attention with exaggerated language, posture or teaching AIDS to help children return to class. In addition, through this activity, I learned that besides after-class reflection, preparing lessons is also very important. Before class, we should not only think about teaching methods and learning methods, but also anticipate unexpected situations and details, such as what to do if there is chaos, what to do if children are not interested in activities, and so on. Only by making all preparations can we finish every activity efficiently.
