Strictly implement the "man-to-man" measure, adopt the three-layer network mechanism of school, grade (department), class teacher and teacher, conduct a comprehensive survey on the health and living conditions of teachers and students, make risk judgments one by one, do a good job in personnel classification management, and establish risk assessment files as the basis for returning to school. Through the "Yunnan Education Cloud" system, the relevant information of high-risk and medium-risk personnel is reported as required.
3. Strengthen campus management, actively promote the use of "Yunnan Anti-epidemic" code scanning software, strengthen the management and registration of foreign personnel, and ensure that foreign personnel can be traced and controlled.
4. Organize all teachers, students and employees in Yunnan to declare their health status and scan the registration management of "Yunnan Health Code".
5. Reserve necessary materials for prevention and control of public emergencies, carry out preventive disinfection on campus, and make targeted arrangements for canteens, libraries, dormitories, supermarkets and retail stores on campus.
6. Instruct teachers and students to protect themselves on the way back to school, and inform students and parents of the obligation of epidemic prevention and control.
7. Strictly implement the "early (middle and late) inspection". Relying on the "Yunnan Education Cloud" system, strengthen the "daily report" and "zero report" system of epidemic information.
