Anyone who has one of the following circumstances shall not apply for the exam
1. Persons who have received criminal punishment or public security punishment for crimes;
2. People who have been expelled from public office;
3. Persons who have not been punished by party discipline and political discipline;
4. Persons who are subject to warnings within the party or administrative demerits and above;
5. Persons who have been put on file for review;
6. Those who are found to have cheated in the recruitment of civil servants and public institutions are prohibited from taking the exam;
7. Military personnel;
8. Non-undergraduate and graduate students who are studying full-time are not allowed to apply for the exam, nor can they apply for the certificate of academic qualifications (degrees);
9. Persons who are included in the list of joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty and are restricted from recruiting as staff of public institutions according to law;
10. Personnel who constitute avoidance relationship after employment;

12. people who have participated in cult organizations;
13. Persons in other circumstances who are prohibited by law from applying for the exam.
