Who is the educator?
Confucius, Socrates and Plato are all world-famous educators.

1, Confucius (teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, no difference). Confucius put forward for the first time in the history of China that people's natural qualities are similar, and the differences in personality are mainly influenced by acquired education and social environment ("similar in sex, far from learning"). Therefore, everyone can be educated and everyone should be educated. He advocated "no education for all", founded private schools and enrolled more students, which broke the monopoly of slave owners and nobles on school education and expanded the scope of education to civilians, conforming to the trend of social development at that time. The main contents of Confucius' moral education are "courtesy" and "benevolence". Among them, "courtesy" is the moral standard, and "benevolence" is the highest moral standard. "Rite" is the form of "benevolence" and "benevolence" is the content of "ceremony". With the spirit of "benevolence", "ceremony" can be truly enriched.

2. Socrates (virtue is knowledge and question-and-answer education method). With regard to the content of education, Socrates advocated that we should first cultivate people's virtue, teach people to learn to be a man and become a virtuous person; Secondly, we should teach people to learn extensive and practical knowledge. He believes that rulers must have extensive knowledge. He said that in all things, those who are respected and praised are the most knowledgeable people, and those who are condemned and despised are the most ignorant people; Finally, he advocated teaching people to exercise. He believes that a healthy body is very important for physical activities and thinking activities, whether in peacetime or in wartime. And a healthy body is not born, only through exercise can people be strong.

3. Plato (complete preschool education thought). Plato is the first person in the history of western education to put forward a complete pre-school education thought and establish a complete education system. Plato began to engage in educational research activities in middle age. Starting from the philosophical thought that idea precedes matter, he emphasized rational exercise in the education system. He put children aged 3-6 under the care of nannies, and they would gather in the village temple to play games and listen to stories and fairy tales. Plato thinks these are very instructive.
