The conditions for applying for the certificate of safety officer include good professional ethics, good health, no more than 60 years old (except the legal representative), on-the-job personnel of the construction enterprise, education and requirements, and passing the annual safety production education and training assessment of the enterprise. The person in charge of the project and full-time safety production management personnel shall not serve in more than two (including two) units.
