(a) the consolidation rate of junior high schools in the county for three years reached more than 95%;

(3) Each school should formulate rules and regulations to realize the informationization of school management and teaching;

(four) all schools in the county shall arrange teacher training funds according to not less than 5% of the total annual public funds of the school;

(6) The level of moral education and campus culture construction in all schools has reached a good level or above;
