This poses a challenge to the cadres in our civil affairs system. We can't take chances and play the edge ball, thinking that the current anti-corruption work may be a "gust of wind", and it will pass after a scratch, and it won't last long. Facing the new situation and emerging new problems, party member cadres in our civil affairs system must establish the idea of "style construction is always on the road", change their concepts, innovate their work, actively respond to the new normal, "focus" with the central authorities ideologically, "catch up with the central authorities in action", tighten the screws, wind up well, constantly improve their political acumen and discernment, and be sober, rational and knowledgeable.

Anti-corruption is not only the fundamental responsibility of the civil affairs department, but also the starting point and foothold of the civil affairs system. In recent years, the investment in top-down protection of people's livelihood has been increasing, which puts forward higher requirements for civil affairs departments to strengthen standardized management and strengthen supervision and inspection. Special funds for civil affairs are taxpayers' hard-earned money, life-saving money for all kinds of relief objects, and political "high-voltage lines", which cannot be intercepted, misappropriated or embezzled. If we have problems in the management and use of these funds, it will directly affect the basic life of the people in need, and will inevitably lead to social condemnation and public anger, which will not only intensify the contradiction between cadres and the masses, but also affect social stability. Therefore, we should fully understand the importance and urgency of strengthening the construction of party style and clean government in the civil administration system from the perspective of safeguarding the fundamental interests of civil administration objects and promoting social harmony and stability, and strengthen supervision through anti-corruption and promoting honesty, so as to truly implement various policies that benefit the people.

At present, the style of cadres and workers in the county civil affairs system is generally good, but there are also some problems that cannot be ignored. Some cadres have a weak sense of purpose and responsibility, a shallow sense of the rule of law, a weak sense of the masses and a weak sense of organization, and some policies for benefiting the people are not implemented in place, discounted and flexible; Some people are lazy, procrastinating and shirking their work, which is inefficient, seriously damaging the interests of the masses and affecting the image of the civil affairs department. The criticism that the door is difficult to enter, the face is ugly, and things are difficult to do has not been completely cured; There are still some problems in the discipline style of cadres in service window units and grassroots units, and there are many problems in service quality and service awareness.
