1. Passengers who request a refund 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight will be charged a refund fee of 5% of the original fare.
2. If a passenger requests a refund within 24 hours and 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight, a refund fee of 10% of the original fare will be charged.
3. Passengers who request a refund within 2 hours of the scheduled departure time of the flight will be charged a refund fee of 20% of the original fare.
4. If a passenger requests a refund after the scheduled departure time of the flight, it will be treated as a missed flight and a refund fee of 50% of the original ticket will be charged.
5. Passengers with irregular tickets request a refund, and a refund fee of 5% of the original ticket price will be charged.
Legal basis: Article 95 of the Civil Aviation Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that public air transport enterprises should take effective measures to improve the quality of transport services on the basis of ensuring flight safety and normal flights and providing good services. Public air transport enterprises should educate and require their employees to strictly perform their duties, and do a good job in various services of passenger and cargo transportation with a civilized, polite and warm and thoughtful service attitude. If the passenger flight is delayed, the airport shall promptly notify the relevant information.
