Three types of positions
School posts are divided into three categories: management posts, professional and technical posts, and ground skills posts. Management posts refer to school leaders and middle-level cadres, professional and technical posts refer to teachers, and logistics skills posts refer to personnel engaged in logistics support.
Teacher post 13.
Teachers' posts are divided into 13 grades, that is, teachers' posts are divided into advanced (ordinary high school and junior high school), intermediate and junior high school posts are subdivided into four grades (one to four), junior high school three grades (five to seven), junior high school three grades (eight to ten) and junior high school three grades (eleven to thirteen).
The position is set with proportional control.
Position setting has proportional control. For example, the proportion of intermediate teachers in provincial qualified schools should not exceed 40% of the total number of teachers, among which the proportion of posts in grades 8, 9 and 10 is 3: 4: 3, that is, intermediate 10 places, and there can only be 3 people in grade 8.
Promotion requires the experience of the head teacher.
Every post has qualifications, and teachers compete for posts according to these conditions. It is worth noting that when applying for promotion, in addition to meeting the post requirements, it is also required to "undertake and be competent for the work of the class teacher for at least one year" during the employment period of the original post.
Conditions for post renewal
A major breakthrough of this program in the education system is to formulate the conditions for continuing employment, that is, the post employment period of teachers is one to three years. If you want to continue your post, you must also meet certain conditions, such as holding observation classes and so on.
