This is its recruitment scope:

(1) Give priority to recruiting fresh graduates from normal universities and other full-time colleges, and recruit a small number of fresh graduates from normal colleges.

(2) Full-time undergraduate graduates under the age of 30 who have obtained teacher qualifications and have certain practical experience in education and teaching.

⑶ Volunteers who have participated in the "Volunteer Service Program for College Students in the West" and have teaching experience are given priority under the same conditions as graduates of normal universities who have participated in internship and teaching for more than half a year.

(4) Applicants should meet the requirements of both teacher qualifications and recruitment positions.
