Through online study and careful reading of lectures by experts and professors, I feel deeply about literacy teaching. Literacy teaching in lower grades seems easy, but it is not the basis of reading, nor is it the focus of teaching in lower grades. In my opinion, in order to let children master more literacy, we must adopt various teaching methods, fully mobilize students' teaching enthusiasm, and let children receive literacy teaching in a pleasant environment.
First, children in lower grades are lively and active. According to the characteristics that children like to play games, I interspersed various small games in my teaching. For example, after teaching children some new words, in order to consolidate their memories, I often use methods such as driving a train, picking fruits, finding friends and solve riddles on the lanterns. , especially the most popular fruit picking game for students. I drew a big tree on the blackboard. The tree was full of fruits with words familiar to children. The students were asked to dress up as rabbits and carry baskets to pick fruits. When children choose the words they know, they are very happy to choose a basket full of fruits and have a sense of accomplishment, so they create a colorful teaching situation.
Second, children in lower grades basically memorize images, and many of our Chinese characters are pictographs. For example, the words such as sun, moon, eyes, wood, grain, sheep and birds in textbooks are all evolved from ancient hieroglyphics, which are similar to physical objects. Therefore, it is much easier for students to remember after observing objects or pictures, and their thinking ability in images is much stronger than abstract thinking, so literacy teaching is much better than concrete things. It is helpful for students to remember. For example, when learning the word "He", the first thing that comes to mind is wood, but it is more than wood, which means that the head of the ear of rice is bent, so that the word will be deeply imprinted in our minds and students' imagination and creativity will be developed.
Third, teach literacy with color illustrations. There are many illustrations in our junior high school textbooks, which are colorful, vivid and interesting, and children like them very much. They can help children remember this lesson at home. Sofa, coffee table, TV, telephone, desk lamp, bookshelf, wall clock and newspaper are the objects we contact every day, and every family has them. Students are very interested in learning Chinese characters and newspapers. Students quickly mastered these Chinese characters, and these pictures played a bridge role in students' memory and literacy, giving life to each Chinese character, visualizing abstract Chinese characters and promoting students' memory.
Fourth, do the action of learning Chinese characters. In the process of learning, we often encounter some action words, which can be expressed through the body. For example, in the lesson on the playground, there are many action words, such as playing ball, tug-of-war, racket ball, high jump, running and playing football. These words are related to action. In the process of learning, I ask students to do actions first. The words in the first group are all handwritten, so they are all held by hand. The words in the second group all have feet, so there are feet beside them. Through the action performance, students not only clearly remember the glyphs, but also understand the meanings of words. The classroom atmosphere is very active, with high interest, and students can learn easily.
Fifth, use daily life to read. In daily life, we can see Chinese characters everywhere, such as trademarks, daily necessities, advertisements, street signs, supermarket shopping and so on. Everywhere: I ask students to collect trademarks and boxes on clothes to see if they know the words on them. The children are very interested, from which they learn a lot of Chinese characters and communicate with each other. I ask students to seize every opportunity to learn Chinese characters, develop good reading habits and expand their literacy.
In addition, I also arrange for students to read pinyin books after class and tell every parent to buy children's story books for their children. Now the literacy of many children in my class has been greatly improved.
Of course, there are many ways to read, so I won't list them here. As long as we constantly reflect and summarize, and constantly explore, we can find ways that are more suitable for students' memory, stimulate students' interest in learning, and make students learn more easily and happily.
After this period of teacher distance training, I also watched the video lectures of expert teachers. Their vivid teaching examples and incisive and original analysis, as a teacher who has been engaged in Chinese teaching for ten years in a row, I have a deeper understanding of Chinese teaching. Here, I will talk about some experiences of the new Chinese curriculum reform:
First, stimulate students' interest in learning.
As the saying goes, "Interest is the best teacher". In teaching, I pay attention to cultivating and stimulating students' interest in learning. Chinese is a subject full of thoughts, humanistic spirit and wisdom. Under the background of the new curriculum reform, students' autonomous learning and cultivating students' innovative ability have become the focus of teachers' attention, and learning methods such as discussion, communication and inquiry have become the mainstream in the classroom. In Chinese classroom teaching, I strive to make students become lively, interested and willing to learn in Chinese learning, thus developing students' Chinese literacy. For example, the introduction of new courses can make students come into contact with a simple and harmonious environment as soon as they attend classes and learn Chinese knowledge unconsciously. I design different lead-in methods according to different class types. Show pictures of the text with multimedia, and let the students enter the scene; It can also be imported by telling stories; Or guess riddles; Design suspense ... trigger design can stimulate students' spirituality more than simple narration, open the door for students to learn, and students are full of interest in learning.
Second, cultivate students' thinking of seeking differences.
Classroom teaching under the new curriculum trains students to master learning methods. After learning methods, students dare to explore and are interested in new things. Different people have different opinions. Wise men have different opinions. They boldly expressed their views. Change the current situation that traditional teaching overemphasizes understanding learning, rote learning and mechanical training, and encourage students to learn independently, cooperatively and exploringly. But it is often difficult to operate, a mere formality, and lacks real cooperation based on individual independent thinking. Only a few students can participate in the class, and other students are still passive and have no chance to show themselves. In the thinking debate, teachers guide students with needles according to the situation, so that students can fully think about the problem, and then express different opinions according to their own experience and knowledge accumulation, and debate the different issues. Teachers should guide cooperative learning, not stand by, but really pay attention to students, deepen cooperative learning, and understand the effect of their cooperation, the focus of discussion, and the difficulties of thinking. After the debate, students have a better understanding of nature and know that knowledge is endless. Even knowledgeable people will know something and realize that learning is endless. This kind of classroom, the classroom atmosphere is very active, students not only participate in it, but also let students experience the success of self-worth in learning.
Third, pay attention to the combination inside and outside class.
An educator abroad pointed out: "The extension of classroom is equal to the extension of extracurricular activities. Taking classroom learning as the core, we should actively extend and expand to students' school life, family life, social life and other life fields, so that classroom training and extracurricular behavior training can be combined in an orderly, interesting, powerful and effective way, and the overall benefits of Chinese teaching can be realized. "In the practice of curriculum reform, we have extended the tentacles of Chinese teaching to the broad world. Let students read more extracurricular books; After these collections and readings, it laid a foundation for in-depth understanding of text materials.
The new ideas and concepts contained in the new curriculum have also given us unprecedented impact and confusion, but the dream future constructed by the new curriculum needs us to practice, explore and create with confusion.
As a Chinese worker, it is our responsibility and obligation to stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm in learning Chinese, make students like Chinese classes and constantly improve their Chinese literacy.
First, love and respect students.
Love every child with your heart and respect the dignity of every student. Every learning activity has the opportunity to participate. Respecting the results of their participation in learning will make it easy to establish a harmonious and cordial relationship between teachers and students, and students' initiative in learning will become stronger and stronger. In this regard, I designed a teaching method of equal dialogue, selective participation and giving priority to questions.
1. Equal dialogue. Dialogue refers to an equal communication relationship between teachers and students in teaching activities, including teacher-student dialogue, student-student dialogue, student text dialogue and student self-dialogue. In the dialogue, teachers play the role of "equality first". Through equal dialogue, the context of teachers and students' understanding is constructed, and the life feelings, life experiences and life consciousness of teachers and students are infiltrated into the text, so that students can actively participate in learning and their individual spirit can fly.
2. Optional participation. Teachers set different levels of participation in learning according to students' differences, so that students can choose appropriate practice forms according to their own needs and levels. If you feel the thoughts and feelings of the characters, I offer the first few ways for students to choose: (1) Read the paragraphs you think are wonderful; (2) The protagonist reads the wonderful dialogue fragments of the characters; (3) finding a partner to execute the text information segment; (4) Guess what the characters are thinking. Students choose the way of speech practice according to their own preferences and level, so that they can be more active, enthusiastic and learn more effectively in class.
3. Questioning takes precedence. Query refers to students' confused pursuit and inquiry in learning. In Chinese teaching, when questions are valued and guaranteed, students' personality will be acquired under the guidance of questions.
In order to get the development you need, so as to form countless "wonderful" individuals. In addition to encouraging students to question boldly, we should also teach them to learn to question and guide them to ask questions in difficulties, contradictions, confusions, key points and mistakes. When students have the ability to question, their enthusiasm for exploration will be maintained.
Second, accept and tolerate students.
Students are natural learners, and I believe that every student has the desire to make progress and the possibility of improvement. Accept every student and believe that every student can become a useful person. The first concrete way is to implement "trust classroom". In class, I always say, "Last class, everyone worked hard and performed well, and the teacher was very happy. In this class, I believe everyone will work harder and perform better. I believe everyone must do it. " When students have difficulties in learning, I always say "you can do it, think again (or" try again "), so that students can study hard with trust and expectation. The second is to implement the "expected semester". At the beginning of each semester, I will take a paper to test the students at the end of the semester, and then say to them, "Look, you can make something that you haven't learned yet, which shows that you are all smart children. I believe that after hard work, you will become smarter and learn better. "Appropriate expectations can create miracles because they reflect teachers' trust and respect for students.
As long as students are willing to think, as long as students are willing to participate in practice, as long as it is the result of students' efforts, I will certainly stimulate students' enthusiasm for participation and care about their self-motivation. With this free learning environment, students are usually active in classroom practice.
Third, appreciate students.
Students are bound to encounter difficulties in the process of seeking knowledge, so teachers have the responsibility to help students tide over the difficulties and make continuous progress. Help can make students feel the care and attention of teachers.
They will think that the teacher really loves them, thus generating gratitude, self-confidence and motivation, and constantly pursuing success.
I am a primary school Chinese teacher. I have been teaching Chinese since I taught, and I have some ideas about Chinese teaching. Try to talk about it in the following way:
First, stimulate interest in learning and improve Chinese literacy.
Chinese is a very knowledgeable subject. Under the new curriculum reform, the cultivation of students' autonomous learning and innovative ability has become the focus of our teachers' special attention. Discussion, communication, inquiry and other learning methods have become a classroom model. In Chinese classroom teaching, I strive to make students' brains "alive", so that students will not feel bored and enjoy learning in Chinese learning, thus developing students' Chinese literacy.
Second, pay attention to the introduction of new courses and strive for novelty.
Teachers all know: "Interest is the best teacher". In teaching, I attach great importance to cultivating and stimulating students' interest in learning. For example, in the introduction of new classes, I set different ways to start the introduction according to different text types, so that students can be in a relaxed and harmonious environment as soon as they attend classes, and then unconsciously enter the situation of learning Chinese. You can use multimedia to show pictures of the text and let students enter the scene; It can also be imported by telling stories, stimulating interest and designing suspense. The methods are diverse and flexible.
Third, pay attention to emotional reading and let students "move".
Every text arranged in primary school Chinese textbooks is a masterpiece, and its wonderful context description, exquisite language use, profound ideological expression and unique opinions are all important contents to guide students' perception. In order to make these wonderful things leave a whole impression on students, we can grasp the key points in reading, guide students to retell the language and expand their imagination, so as to realize the rich connotation, meaning and emotion of the language. At the same time, on the basis of feelings, let students guide them to learn to evaluate the text independently, deepen their understanding and sublimate their understanding in the evaluation. For example, when I taught the lions in Lugouqiao in the second class, I told the students that the lions in Lugouqiao come in different sizes and shapes. After reading the second paragraph and enjoying the vivid description of the lion by the author, I asked the students to imagine. If you were the author, how would you describe the lion in Lugou Bridge? At this point, the students fully expressed their true feelings. Some students said: "The lions in Lugouqiao are really naughty! Hiding behind the lioness seems to be scratching. " Some said, "How happy the lions on the Lugou Bridge are! They are happy to count the stars in the sky. " They spoke enthusiastically, had rich imagination, spoke freely and made interesting creative attempts. In this way, students are guided to choose the essence of their reading comprehension, and they can discuss and communicate in groups, and then make concrete expressions to further enliven the classroom atmosphere.
In the future, I will, as always, redouble my efforts to comprehensively improve students' Chinese achievements and Chinese literacy!
I am honored to participate in this national training. Through short-term online learning, I understand the importance and speed of online learning. In the study of Guopei, I have a deeper understanding of the concept of new curriculum reform, made clear the importance of solid cultural foundation and improving professional quality, improved my ideological understanding, improved my learning concept and enriched my professional theory. I would like to thank all my fellow teachers and expert teachers who helped me during the national training. I want to say thank you!
First, through training, we have improved our ideological understanding.
Because I work in a remote township primary school, the traffic information is blocked, and I have no better understanding of the current situation of education and the growth of teachers. Just like a frog in a well, I lack a comprehensive understanding of my education and teaching work. Through this training, I clearly know the requirements of the new curriculum reform for teachers. We should look at our educational work from a broader perspective, constantly improve our own quality and teaching level, constantly sum up our own gains and losses, raise our awareness and keep learning to meet the requirements of educational development for our teachers. Online training has many advantages. It can be said that the immediacy of web learning is conducive to my self-arranged study and reduces the contradiction between work and study. It can be said that the rapidity of online learning helps me improve the efficiency of learning and practical application. It can be said that the interactivity of web learning helps me and many teachers learn and solve some practical problems in time.
Second, through training, modern educational skills have been improved.
It turns out that my computer operation only stays at some basic levels, such as writing some documents. By frequenting our national training learning website, I have been able to skillfully use the computer, operate in various ways and edit my ideal electronic manuscript. Guo Pei's learning webpage fills the gap in my knowledge of computer operation. This kind of study title page with delicate texture and warm color looks particularly comfortable and friendly like a big blanket.
Third, through training, the professional knowledge base has been consolidated.
As a part-time science teacher, the first thing you should have is a comprehensive and systematic basic knowledge of the subject. Before, I just studied some relevant materials and got used to accumulating knowledge and materials bit by bit. Now, there is a national training and learning website. All the learning contents here are clear at a glance, scientific and systematic, with standards to follow and rules to follow, and it is extremely convenient to learn. The curriculum of this learning page highlights the characteristics of discipline-based and problem-centered. On this learning page, through the guidance of experts, it helped me to further understand the teaching concept of the new curriculum and let me have a deep understanding and thinking about science teaching in primary schools; By participating in the study and reflecting on my experience, I have accurately grasped the main teaching contents and difficulties of science, helped me understand and master new teaching methods and means, and effectively applied them to my own actual teaching.
Fourthly, I learned to communicate through study.
The theme advocated by 2 1 century is "harmony and progress", and the theme advocated by the new curriculum is "teacher-student interaction, student-student interaction". Usually in work and study, in most cases, I still learn to think by myself. Through this national training, I completely opened my mind to rest on my laurels, communicated with my classmates and colleagues without worries, and discussed together, broadening my teaching and research horizons. Usually, because of busy work, I rarely dive down to study, which is equivalent to semi-illiteracy. Through this training, I really feel deeply, and it also reflects the importance of lifelong learning.
In short, I have gained a lot and made great progress in this national training. I will continue to insist on online learning and lifelong learning.
