1, Yuan Longping
Yuan Longping (1September 7, 930 -202 1 May 22,) was born in Beijing. He is an expert in hybrid rice breeding in China and a pioneer in hybrid rice research and development in China. He is known as the "father of hybrid rice in the world" and the winner of the "Republic Medal".
2. Hua
Hua,19101012, a native of Jintan District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Born in Danyang, Jiangsu Province, he graduated from junior high school in Jintan County. Hua was a member of the China Academy of Sciences, a foreign member of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States, a member of the Third World Academy of Sciences, a member of the Bavarian Academy of Sciences of the Federal Republic of Germany, and a researcher at the Institute of Mathematics of the China Academy of Sciences.
3. Tu Youyou
Tu Youyou,1was born in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province on February 30th, 1930. He was admitted to Peking University in 195 1 and studied in the Department of Biomedicine of Medical College. 1955, graduated from Beijing Medical College (now peking university health science center).
After graduation, he received Chinese medicine training for two and a half years, and has been working in Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (renamed Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2005). He is the director of artemisinin research and development center, doctoral tutor, pharmacist and winner of "Republic Medal".
4. Zhong Nanshan
Zhong Nanshan, male, Han nationality, party member of the Communist Party of China, 1936,1October 20th, was born in Nanjing, Jiangsu, and his native place is Xiamen, Fujian. 1960 Graduated from Beijing Medical College (now peking university health science center), respiratory physician, director of National Clinical Research Center for Respiratory Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, academician of China Academy of Engineering, winner of "Republic Medal".
5. Qian Xuesen
Qian Xuesen (191121-20091031) was born in Shanghai and his ancestral home was in Hangzhou. He is a world-famous scientist, aerodynamicist and the founder of manned space flight in China. 1955 returned to China, 1956 served as the director of the Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He participated in the development of rockets and missiles in China and engaged in aerospace research. 1999 was awarded the medal of "two bombs and one satellite" by the state.

Qian Sanqiang (19131016-1June 28th, 992) was originally named Qian Bingqiong, a nuclear physicist. Born in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, his ancestral home is Huzhou, Zhejiang. Former vice president, researcher and senior scientific adviser of China Academy of Engineering Physics.
