Application and Research of Micro-curriculum Resource Creation in Early Childhood Education
Abstract: "Micro-lesson" refers to a teaching video with the goal of explaining a certain knowledge point, short and intuitive video as the form of expression, and learning or teaching application as the purpose. Its characteristics are simple and true content, vivid and interesting presentation, intuitive presentation and life-oriented application. Knowledge points inside and outside the course can be expressed in the form of micro-lessons, with the help of animation, music and illustrations, which are convenient for children to watch.

Keywords: micro-class; Resource creation; Early childhood education; Five major fields

First, the research background of "micro-course" in our garden

The learning of children in the Guiding Outline of Kindergarten Education (hereinafter referred to as the Outline) and the Guide to Learning and Development for Children Aged 3-6 (hereinafter referred to as the Outline) shows that it is particularly important to cherish the unique value of children playing well and living well, create a rich educational environment, arrange children's daily life reasonably, support and satisfy children to acquire knowledge and experience through direct perception, practical operation and personal experience, and form wisdom. To sum up, in the early childhood education stage, children's education and learning have the following outstanding characteristics: (1) socialization, we must communicate with people around us; (2) Games are children's basic activities, playing middle school and learning; (3) Cultivate good living and study habits; (4) Pay attention to realistic feelings and practical experiences, and form basic concepts. Undoubtedly, the new teaching form of "micro-class" is more suitable for today's family cooperative education. "Micro-class" has not appeared in China for a long time, but in just a few years, its influence has swept from basic education to higher education and vocational education, but there is little research on preschool education. Therefore, under the discussion of all teachers, our park decided to apply "micro-class" to early childhood education. Under the guidance of the park leaders and key teachers, we declared the municipal project "Research on the Creation and Application of Home Co-education Resources with Micro-class as the Media".

Second, the implementation of the "micro-class" project in our park

At the beginning of the research and development of "micro-course", everyone was at a loss. After repeated operation and modification, repeated pondering and adjustment, the sub-projects of each class were finally selected successfully, and the micro-lessons in related fields were successfully pushed to parents. Not only the quantity is increasing, but also the quality is getting higher and higher. Take our class as an example. The sub-topics we have studied include making parent-child creative mud in the art field, namely delicious lollipops, naughty snails, purple grapes, red lanterns ... tooth protection in the health field. Many cartoons about tooth decay are quoted in the micro-class, as well as the teacher's knowledge about the correct brushing method and the warm reminder from the kindergarten health care teacher. Parents say that children put micro-teeth into micro-classes. There are also small scientific experiments in the field of science, such as "magic static electricity". The starting point is also to choose common phenomena in children's lives. There are many wonderful moments captured in life in the micro-class, such as static electricity making hair stand up. There is also "obedient water drop", which starts with a video about the formation and origin of water on the earth to stimulate children's interest, while the scientific experiment part puts scientific knowledge on the surface tension and gravity of water, which can fully give children the fun of scientific exploration, experience exploration in operation, and finally end the whole micro-lesson with "saving water" to enhance children's environmental protection feelings. The push of micro-courses has been well received by parents. By studying micro-lessons and giving different forms of feedback in time, we can see that parents attach importance to early childhood education, which is also an important bridge to promote the harmonious development of family education.

Third, the test and analysis before the implementation of the "micro-course" project in the next stage.

The direction of our next micro-course is the social field. Early childhood is the period when people's various qualities begin to form, so it is very necessary to lay the foundation of good people's initial qualities in this important period. How to use the collective education environment to help children overcome the negative aspects of their growth and promote the healthy growth of the only child is the primary task of today's social development. So we set up a Tencent questionnaire about social field and distributed it to all parents, so as to have a deeper understanding of children's social development. The following are the results and analysis of the parents' questionnaire survey in our class. Parents' questionnaires are made in the form of Tencent questionnaires and pushed in the WeChat circle. There are 28 children in our class, and 28 valid questionnaires are collected, with a recovery rate of 100%. It can be seen that parents' attitude towards this questionnaire is positive and the questionnaire is filled in carefully, which also reflects parents' concern for their children's learning and development in the social field. According to the objectives in the guide, this questionnaire is divided into two parts: interpersonal communication and social adaptation.

1. For example, in interpersonal communication, most children can play games with their peers and have friends who often play, but only 3.6% children like to make new friends; When encountering disputes between peers, they listen to the instructions and persuasion of adults, are willing to accept the advice of peers, do not bully the weak, and can solve conflicts by themselves. The proportion of settlement through consultation is very average. No child will not listen to the adult's persuasion, but cry to solve it.

2. In terms of social adaptation, if we abide by the basic rules, we will protect the weak (7 1.4%), respect the elderly (96.4%), be humble (72.7%), save water and electricity (57. 1%), cherish food (60.7%), be honest and not lie (85.7%) and be humble (46.4%). The above information shows that the social development of children in our class is basically stable, and the data presented is not very ups and downs. But only in the process of interpersonal communication, I still hope that more children can open their hearts, remain humble in the process of interacting with their peers, and be willing to make more new friends. Most of the children in the class are only children. Individuals need to rely on the behavior of adults and hope to improve through the joint efforts of the following families. In view of these situations, we should pay attention to these two aspects in the implementation of the next social field projects, and cultivate children's awareness of modesty and caring for others from the starting point of cultivating their social communication ability. It is hoped that teachers' professional level can be improved in the creation of family co-education resources with micro-lessons as the medium, so that children can learn and grow healthily and happily in application and research.
