It is strictly forbidden to publish advertisements containing offline disciplines (including foreign languages) training for preschool children in the name of preschool classes, young bridging classes and thinking training classes.
Standardize the behavior of off-campus training institutions;
First, strictly regulate school-running behavior.
Institutions that carry out off-campus training must obtain school license and business license (or private non-enterprise registration certificate) and carry out training activities within the registered or licensed business scope; It is not allowed to change the name of the institution, the content of running a school, the place of running a school, the legal person, the sponsor and the scope of permission without authorization, and it is not allowed to forge, alter, buy, sell, lease or lend, and it is not allowed to add teaching points or branch schools without authorization.
Second, strictly implement the training time.
The training time of off-campus training institutions shall not conflict with the teaching time of local primary and secondary schools. The end time of offline training shall not be later than 20:30, and the end time of online training shall not be later than 2 1:00.
Third, strictly regulate personnel management.
Off-campus training institutions shall not employ in-service teachers in primary and secondary schools (including in-service teachers in private primary and secondary schools), and employ foreigners in accordance with relevant state regulations. It is strictly forbidden to hire foreigners to carry out training activities abroad. Employees must conduct qualification examination and pre-trial of illegal crimes before joining the job. Off-campus training institutions must sign labor contracts with employees to protect their legitimate rights and interests.
