People's Republic of China (PRC) Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency is the first special legislation to prevent juvenile delinquency in China, which provides an important legal guarantee for cultivating minors' ideological and moral character and law-abiding behavior habits, maintaining family peace and social stability, optimizing the social environment for minors to grow up, promoting the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and realizing the great cause of national rejuvenation. Experts believe that there are hundreds of millions of young students in China at present. Due to the imbalance of cultural development and the constraints of teachers, there are obvious differences in the teaching level and effect of school law courses. Making use of movies, a carrier loved by young audiences, to carry out relatively concentrated legal publicity can effectively improve and extend the teaching of law courses, and will have a strong social effect and far-reaching influence on preventing juvenile delinquency and saving juvenile offenders.
It is reported that in order to cooperate with the full implementation of the Fourth Five-Year Plan approved by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, make the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency in People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Law on the Protection of Minors in People's Republic of China (PRC) truly penetrate into the hearts of young people, and consolidate the publicity and education effect of the film "For Tomorrow", the organizing committee will jointly hold a nationwide "National Essay Selection Campaign for the Legal Education Film on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency".
