How to apply for directional entrustment for postgraduate education?
When enrolling students, directional masters will define their future employment units through contracts (agreements). And the training expenses during the study period are provided by the state; Commissioned master students also specify the work unit for graduation distribution through the contract (agreement) when enrolling students, but the training funds are provided by the entrusting unit. Any employer that belongs to the service scope of the national postgraduate enrollment plan may require directional postgraduate training, and the enrollment unit may decide how to arrange it according to the plan and training ability. The demand for graduate students by employers outside the above scope is generally not allowed to be oriented, and only the employer can provide training funds and entrust training. The enrollment unit or its competent department shall not expand the scope of directional training employers by itself. There are two ways to recruit directed or entrusted graduate students: (1) The employer recommends the employees of the unit to apply for the exam, that is, the candidates who are directed or entrusted back to the original unit. At present, this is the main form of recruiting directional or entrusted students. Admissions units generally only recruit directional or entrusted master students for such candidates, which is advocated by the Ministry of Education. If these candidates who take part in the unified examination meet the basic requirements of the Ministry of Education for the initial test scores of candidates who take part in the re-examination, the admissions unit will generally give priority when determining the re-examination list. The individual examination is only for some candidates who meet the requirements of the individual examination. This part of the candidates do not change the relationship between personnel and wages during their study, and enjoy wages and benefits according to the regulations of the original work unit. To apply for such candidates, the unit where the candidates work should first issue a letter of introduction agreeing to apply for directional training or entrusted training, and indicate "Agree to apply for directional training" or "Agree to apply for entrusted training" in the column of "Postgraduate Registration Form" and "Opinions of the unit where the candidates work"; Candidates should clearly indicate "oriented training" or "entrusted training" in the column of "application category" when filling in the relevant application form, and write down the name of the unit in the column of "oriented unit" or "entrusted training unit". Candidates who apply for directional training should know from the admissions unit in advance whether this unit belongs to its directional service scope, so as to avoid unnecessary trouble when the admissions unit examines the qualifications of candidates. It should be noted that at the time of admission, some enrollment units may allow candidates who originally applied for non-directional or other categories to change to directional students or entrusted students. (2) Select candidates from other units or recommend students without examination. Such candidates can only take the unified examination except those who recommend exemption, and their admission scores and treatment during their studies are the same as those of non-directional candidates. In this way, it is generally necessary for the employer to sign a letter of intent with the enrollment unit in the early stage of the enrollment work, choose to orient or entrust the training of master students among the candidates to be enrolled, and indicate the nature and quantity of this part of the plan in the enrollment professional catalogue of the enrollment unit for the relevant candidates to choose. Before the admission of master students for directional training or entrusted training, the contract (agreement) for directional training or entrusted training is signed between the enrollment unit and the employer, and between the employer and the candidates, and some enrollment units need notarization. After the candidate is admitted, the admission notice will be sent by the admissions unit to the employer, and then the employer will send it to the candidate himself. Before the contract is signed, the admissions unit will generally not issue an admission notice.
