I. Political Thought Over the past year, I have firmly established the idea of "taking the company as my home" ideologically, maintained a high degree of stability, United around the party branch of the company, and actively carried out the ideological work of the whole class. Personally, as a party member (a soldier and sergeant), I participated in the "three stresses" positive education organized by the battalion and company, the "Theory of Three Represents" theory and Scientific Outlook on Development education. Actively participate and find out your own shortcomings. Through the special education of studying Scientific Outlook on Development and the theory of socialism with characteristics, the ideological consciousness has been improved. As a soldier, party member should truly implement Scientific Outlook on Development in his army work. Over the past year, my classmates and I have actively participated in the company's political education, political education and theoretical study, actively studied high-tech knowledge, and mastered the ability to kill the enemy. I taught myself the computer and got good results. The thought of the whole class remained basically stable, and there was no sign of any accident. I did meet the requirements put forward by the team, and I was able to raise my awareness ideologically, master the ideological status of the personnel, and understand what the soldiers in this class are thinking, doing, where they are and what they need, which also played a very good role in promoting.

Second, over the past year, under the leadership of the person in charge of the company, we have completed various tasks with the whole class. Since undertaking the task of (), it can be said that the heavy work has been going on. Under difficult conditions, all the comrades in the class can carry forward the idea of continuous combat and are not afraid of hardship and fatigue to complete the task. Military exercises, ammunition depot reconstruction, reservoir greening, planting trees and grass, watering and weeding, etc. Comrades can still overcome all difficulties and complete the tasks assigned by their superiors. At this point, I think the comrades in the class are doing very well, which can be said to be screaming at work. They can draw a conclusion that all the comrades in our class can take an active part in joining the company to dig cable trenches and successfully complete the task, which is highly praised by the company leaders.

Third, since we trust the monitor in our work, we can be strict with ourselves, earnestly perform our duties, stand on our posts and do a good job. Over the past year, I have been able to closely unite around the Party branch, actively play the exemplary role of monitor party member, and lead the whole class to complete all the work. I have been on duty since (), and my work has been very heavy. I am not overwhelmed by this big task, but quietly turn the arduous task into strength in my heart and do my job dutifully. Every job assigned by the company is completed in time and smoothly. Pursue high standards and high quality. Fourthly, governance ability, since I became a monitor, governance ability has always been a difficult problem in my work. Although this class is superior to other classes in all aspects, it lacks regular governance efforts. Over the past year, I have been able to demand myself in governance according to the rules and regulations and my own responsibilities, blocking the loopholes in my obedience to governance and ensuring the regularization of governance. Judging from the governance situation in the past year, it really reflects that our own capabilities need to be further strengthened. The whole class's obedience to governance is also a realistic problem before us. After the company moved back, it triggered my personal thinking about class governance. In view of the negative and pessimistic thoughts of the staff, I think the management ability of my monitor should be reversed to really mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the whole class.

Problems with verbs (abbreviation of verb);

1. There is relaxation in thinking and dimensional fear in the face of big tasks (mainly in the case of heavy tasks).
