Relevant policies for special post teachers:
Special post teachers are tracked and assessed by the relevant departments at the county level during the employment period. Commend those who have made outstanding achievements and performed well; If the work is not solid and the obligations are not fulfilled according to the requirements of the contract, it is necessary to criticize and educate in time and urge them to make corrections; If the obligations required by the contract are not fulfilled, and the education has not changed, and it is not suitable for continuing to work as a teacher, the agreement shall be terminated.
After the end of the three-year employment period, special post teachers who pass the examination and voluntarily stay in local schools shall be audited by the education administrative department of the county-level government and approved by the personnel administrative department of the county-level government. The county-level education administrative department shall go through the examination and approval procedures for the employment of personnel in public institutions and the preparation of salary funds in accordance with relevant regulations, and report them to the personnel and education administrative departments of provinces, cities (states) for the record. At the same time, their salary payment shall be included in the scope of local financial burden to ensure that they enjoy the same treatment as local teachers.
