Avoid repetitive narration
Too much repetition will arouse children's disgust and make them unwilling to listen to your teaching. Education should be carefully said only once, so that children can feel your serious attitude.
Find a topic and take the initiative to chat.
When children are ashamed to communicate, try to start a conversation from topics they are interested in. You can also share the bits and pieces of life, so that children can feel the equality of this dialogue, and they will be more willing to share their own stories.
Use a consultative tone.
When you have requirements for children, try to communicate by negotiation. This will let children know that you respect and care about their wishes and make them pay more attention to interpersonal communication.
