Fill in the application form
The applicant for running a school shall go to the central school where the school is located to receive the Application Form for Running a Private Education in triplicate.
Review the application materials
The central school organizes personnel to examine the application contents and related materials one by one.
Submit application materials
The central school will submit the written application of the school-running unit that basically meets the school-running conditions, the application form for private education with opinions and related materials to the county-level education bureau.
Review and approval
The Education Bureau shall examine and approve the contents of the application.
Issue a license
Issue a "Private Education License" to qualified school-running units, and give a written notice of disapproval to those who do not have the conditions for running schools, and explain the reasons.
Submit relevant materials
To apply for the formal establishment of a private school, the following relevant materials shall be submitted to the examination and approval authority: application report, sponsor information, source of assets, articles of association of the school, list of members of the first school board, board of directors or other decision-making bodies, valid certificates of school assets, and qualification certificates of principals, teachers and accountants.
