Ways to protect children's rights:

Protecting children's rights is an important and basic function of kindergarten education. The fundamental difference between kindergarten education and adult education is that its purpose is to help children become mature, independent, qualified social citizens who can exercise their rights correctly, rather than slaves or accessories of adults.

We will improve the legal system for protecting children's rights, such as the Law on the Protection of Minors, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and the Law on Prepaid Juvenile Delinquency.

3. Establish a correct concept of education and promote the realization of children's rights.

Correctly understand the dominant position of children in educational activities, standardize kindergarten education and teaching activities, promote the realization of children's rights, standardize teachers' behavior, establish a good relationship between teachers and children and avoid corporal punishment.
