Introduction to early education specialty
1. Early education is a specialized course in Chinese universities, which belongs to the category of pedagogy and physical education. The study period is three years. The purpose of the major is to cultivate applied professionals who have good professional ethics and scientific and humanistic qualities, master systematic early education theories, have skilled infant care skills, and can engage in infant care education, family infant care consultation and guidance and other infant education services in early education institutions, nurseries, communities and families.

2. The curriculum system consists of two parts: theory course and practice course. First, the professional core courses include preschool hygiene, brain science, infant care and nursing, preschool developmental psychology, preschool education, introduction to early education, infant game theory and design, infant language development and education. Followed by practical courses, including lectures and eloquence, dance and physical training, games and guidance for infants, observation and guidance for infants' behavior, organization and management of children's activities, and practice in children's education and service institutions.

3. The main employment destination is to be a front-line teacher in kindergartens and early childhood education and training institutions at all levels, engaged in bilingual teaching, education and teaching research and management.
