1. According to the Provisions on Safety Training of Production and Business Units (Order No.3 of the State Administration of Work Safety), the safety training of production safety management personnel of production and business units shall include the following contents:

(a) the national guidelines and policies on production safety and the laws, regulations, rules and standards related to production safety;

(two) knowledge of safety production management, safety production technology and occupational health. ;

Two. Responsibilities of full-time safety production management personnel According to the Measures for the Establishment of Safety Production Management Institutions and the Staffing of Full-time Safety Production Management Personnel in Construction Enterprises (J.J. [2008] No.91):

1) The full-time safety production management personnel of the safety production management organization of construction enterprises have the following responsibilities in the construction site inspection:

(a) to consult the relevant information about the safety production of the project under construction and verify the relevant situation;

(two) to check the implementation of the special construction plan for the safety of dangerous projects;

(three) to supervise the performance of the full-time safety production management personnel of the project;

(four) to supervise the equipment and use of safety protection articles for workers;

(five) have the right to correct illegal acts or potential safety hazards found in production safety or make a decision on the spot;

(six) facilities, equipment and equipment that do not meet the conditions for safe production have the right to make a decision on the spot;

(seven) have the right to report major security risks on the construction site or directly to the competent department of construction.

2) The main responsibilities of the full-time safety production management personnel of the project are as follows:

(a) responsible for the daily production safety inspection on the construction site and make inspection records;
