China Agricultural Bank's Experience of Compliance with Rules and Discipline
Under the leadership and guidance of the leaders, XX Sub-branch of Agricultural Bank of China has been studying for more than one month, and the study is mainly divided into five stages. On May 1 1, under the leadership of the president, I studied the Code of Conduct for Employees of Agricultural Bank of China, China Agricultural Bank dealt with violations of rules and regulations, and China Agricultural Bank strictly prohibited certain provisions on employee behavior. On May 18, I studied the Emergency Plan for Preventing Violent Robbery of Banks in Business Outlets, the Notice on Two Cases Successfully Blocked by Shanghai and Jiangsu Branches in Recent Years, and the Notice on Special Notice on Several Cases of Violation in Recent Years. On May 25th, I studied the Administrative Measures for Tellers in Business Institutions of Agricultural Bank of China, Notice on Strengthening Credit Management to Prevent Operational Risks of Credit Inquiry, Provisions on Safety Management of Self-service Equipment of Agricultural Bank of China and Provisions on Labor Discipline Management of XX Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. On June 1 day, I studied the Operating Rules of XX Branch of Agricultural Bank of China for Assisting the Competent Authority in Inquiring, Freezing and Deducting Business, the Notice of the General Office of the China Banking Regulatory Commission on Prohibiting Banking Financial Institutions and Their Employees from Participating in Private Financing Activities, the Code of Professional Ethics for Employees of Banking Financial Institutions, the Notice of Anti-money Laundering Supervision and Management Measures for Financial Institutions, and the Notice of Strengthening the Management of Administrative Seal Accounts. On June 8th, I studied the Notice on Reiterating that the staff of XX Party and government organs and institutions are strictly forbidden to participate in mahjong gambling, the Notice on 9 typical problems of violating the spirit of the eight regulations and the "four winds" invisibility cloak, the Notice on carefully organizing and studying typical cases of violating the spirit of the eight central regulations, and the Notice on the Discipline of Cadres in party member, XX Province: Ten Prohibitions and Ten Prohibitions. On June 15, I studied the Notice of the Measures for Fire Safety Management of XX Branch of Agricultural Bank of China and the Notice of 20 15 Safety Work Points of XX Branch of Agricultural Bank of China.

Through learning, we can deepen our understanding of the system, improve ourselves in learning, standardize the service behavior of employees in the whole bank, unify the service standards of the whole bank, vigorously promote good professional ethics and ethics in the whole bank, advocate the spirit of forge ahead, pioneering and innovative, reshape the new atmosphere of employees' confidence and calmness, reshape the new professional image of ABC employees, and raise the service level of the whole bank to a new height. The core content of the staff code of conduct is "love and respect their posts, be honest and trustworthy, be diligent and conscientious, and abide by the law". The basic requirement is to standardize employees' behavior through nine aspects: confidentiality obligation, conflict of interest, customer relationship, fair competition, honesty and self-discipline, colleague relationship, daily work, professional image, supervision and reporting, and to clarify the code of conduct and professional standards for employees to correctly handle relations with banks, customers, peers, colleagues and supervisors. Establish a moral fashion of "love and respect for their posts, be honest and trustworthy, and be diligent and law-abiding" in the whole bank, cultivate a good compliance culture, and enhance the professional image of employees and the overall image of ABC. Our bank will spare some time to study this manual every week, which is of great practical significance to our daily work. For the daily work and code of conduct of employees, the concept is clear and vivid.

We should not only learn, but also find out what is different from the code or what is not done well in our work and correct it. As a young man, I should have a sense of professional pride. It was the Agricultural Bank of China that gave me this job opportunity. Be a virtuous person, abide by the provisions of the labor contract, comply with the requirements of the system and procedures, and constantly improve their work skills and comprehensive quality. Through learning, I learned that the misconduct of employees may bring compliance risks to banks. It is necessary to firmly establish legal awareness and compliance awareness and understand the post compliance requirements. Consciously abide by laws and regulations and internal rules of banks, adhere to the highest ethical standards, and provide high-quality and efficient services to customers, which are things that must be done well in daily work. Only when colleagues live in harmony and treat each other honestly can they have good cooperation and handle all their business well. Wear neat work clothes and standard work cards, and attend the morning meeting with a new look every day. Take an active part in beneficial activities to keep energetic and engaged in work. Obeying the rules is to protect yourself, not carelessness and dereliction of duty. Not only for individuals, but also for agricultural banks, the losses are sometimes irreparable. Abide by the law and discipline, demand higher moral standards, and establish legal awareness and compliance awareness.
