2. Changchun Institute of Automobile Technology, located in Changchun City, Jilin Province, is the first batch of national modern apprenticeship pilot units and the first batch of higher vocational "modern vocational education demonstration schools" project construction units in Jilin Province. It has successively won the honorary titles of excellent school in the 4th Huang Yanpei Vocational Education Award, charming campus of national vocational colleges, the most satisfactory unit of Changchun citizens, and the "civilized unit" of Changchun City.
3. Changchun Finance College is located in Changchun City, Jilin Province. The school was founded on 1960. Originally affiliated to the head office of China People's Bank, it was placed under the management of Jilin Provincial Government in 2000. It is a full-time ordinary university jointly built by the central and local governments and mainly managed by local governments. It is also the only financial institution in Jilin Province, the second batch of national modern apprenticeship pilot units, the national demonstration institution for deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform, and the demonstration institution for deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in Jilin Province.
4. Changchun Medical College is a full-time ordinary college approved by the Ministry of Education and a pilot college of "Excellent Doctor Education and Training Program". The school was formerly a private Jilin midwifery school founded by 1936. 1993 was renamed Changchun Medical College by the Ministry of Education, and it has been in use ever since.

Jilin University, located in Changchun City, Jilin Province, is a public institution of higher learning, the backbone of the national model vocational college construction plan, the second batch of national modern apprenticeship pilot units, and the first batch of model vocational colleges in Jilin Province.
