1) Download the latest template excel table, as shown below.

If the verification is unsuccessful, the download and import data verification log will pop up, open the log, and then modify the data in the excel table according to the prompt of the log until the prompt is successful. 4. After the data is successfully imported, the number of children will be displayed in the existing number of children in the class. The following figure shows that 35 pieces of children's information have been imported.

5. Submit child information: click Child Management-Create a new child's student status-select a child information point to submit. Submit all the information of the child after completion.

6. Children's information audit: log in with the audit account, find the children's school registration management-children's school registration audit, and audit the children's information one by one.

7. Children's information that failed the review will appear in the column of rejected children, and then be modified, saved, submitted and reviewed according to the review opinions.

If it is found that children's information is imported repeatedly, there is no class information when importing, or the imported information is wrong, you can delete all children's information before "submitting", and then modify it in the spreadsheet to ensure that it is correct before importing and submitting; B. Repeatedly imported children's information must be redone, otherwise the verification will not pass. The specific steps are as follows: Approve users entering the park-select duplicate or incorrect information-click Approve-the approval opinions must be filled in (it can be filled in badly)-click Reject-the ordinary users entering the park will modify it again (after modification, the approving users will re-approve, and then click Submit.
