National scholarship application conditions:

Basic application conditions for national scholarships:

Quota allocation:

According to the total number of national scholarships in the current year determined by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of these Measures, the National Student Financial Assistance Management Center puts forward a national scholarship allocation plan for universities in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the central departments before the end of May each year, and reports it to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education for approval.

Before July 3 1 every year, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education distribute the national scholarship quota and budget to the central competent department and the provincial finance and education departments. Before September 1 every year, the central competent department and the finance and education departments below the provincial level are responsible for allocating the national scholarship places and budgets to their affiliated universities.
